* Pilates * Dance * Zumba * are my favourite fields, which I will share videos, instructional or just for entertainment.

I was born in Athens - Greece, I studied at the Royal Academy of Dance, BA (hons) in Ballet Education, been a certified B.A.S.I. Pilates Instructor and a Zumba Educational Specialist.

I'm patient and dedicated to working with children and adults alike, strive to help students, develop and equip them, with the ability to extend their physical and technical skills further.
