PPCTV (Phnom Penh Municipal Cable TV) is the first and leading provider of Cable TV service and broadband Internet in Cambodia. PPCTV was the first company to established Digital TV using fiber optic to give audiences with more channel selections, high definition picture and crystal clear sound. PPCTV also offers DVBT and OTT services to outskirts of Phnom Penh City and all other provinces in Cambodia.

PPCTV has the largest library of drama series from big production in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, we strive our best to bring world class entertainment to our audiences, we have our own post-production teams taking care of script translation, khmer dubbing and editing.

In 2013, PPCTV has launched a nationwide Free-To-Air TV channel, CTV8HD (UHF Channel 48) to cater to more audiences in this fast developing society.
